Online Registrations & Reservations

Never has an option been more user- and environmentally-friendly.

Tired of standing in line or pressing speed dial at the crack of dawn to get a spot in a program? No more faxing, phoning, mailing, in-person, required. Book any time, day or night, when it works with your schedule. Most of us regularly travel throughout the region to work, shop and play so it will come as no surprise that people are "voting with their computers" to support the online service providers. A recent swim class registration in Port Colborne took one busy Mom only 17 seconds to book her three children into the classes she wanted. 

Participating partners recognize how busy you are; they realize that online services just make sense and that these services are significantly more cost-effective. The City of Toronto recently found that online services cost about 1% of the traditional services' costs. Now that's just smart!

A newly improved online, secure system is being rolled out in the coming months. Fort Erie and Port Colborne are fully operational with some others planning for availability viewing and registrations in the coming months (see below).

	Offered since: March 2006 Booking/Paying: Ice time at the LeisurePlex and Crystal-Ridge arenas. Viewing: Available time slots for all facilities. Pictures of all facilities. One quick call to book.   Continue to the Fort Erie site*.
	Offered since: September 2006 Booking: Swim classes at municipal pool. Viewing: Available time slots for all facilities.    Continue to the Port Colborne site*.
*(Note: partners operate separate systems so profiles will need to be created in each system. TIP: use your email address as your login for each so that all accounts can be the same.)
